In 2019 & 2021 we worked with the team at Birmingham Children’s Hospital to develop a programme for children and young people who only have the use of one hand or arm. We used the disability access dinghies to enable the young people to enjoy the thrill of sailing whilst being completely safe and in control of their boats.
We hope to continue with this programme in 2022 once the weather warms up.
